Before motherhood, I spent over 15 years working in healthcare as a Registered Nurse. I’ve also spent over 6 years teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation — sharing calm in the middle of life’s storms with patients, friends, and family.
These days, I’m channeling my love for wellness, food, photography, and storytelling into this site.
I’m a big-time foodie who loves creating and tweaking healthy recipes, capturing life’s moments through the lens, and writing about the messy, magical journey of parenthood.
