This PLAY! section is here to ignite joy—whether you’re playing alongside your child or diving into a creative hobby that sparks your imagination, harnesses your creativity, and invites your full presence. For a long time, I believed I wasn’t “playful enough” as an adult. But my son has been my greatest teacher in this area. Through his laughter and wonder, he reminds me to slow down, be silly, and simply be. It’s one of the most beautiful lessons he’s given me on this journey of revealing BALANCE.
