From Cardiac Nurse to Cardiac Patient

My story doesn’t start here—but this is where I’ve chosen to begin sharing it. Part 1 in a personal series on SCAD recovery.

Forty-two weeks ago, I had two heart attacks. They weren’t the kind you see in movies—or even the kind I had seen in all my years as a cardiac nurse.
